– Where My Brain’s At –

Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor

My Enigma

“My Enigma,” you ask… Would it be better if I title it, “Conundrum”, “Paradox”, “Riddle”, “Mystery”, Oh I know “Brain-Teaser”, or better yet “Problem”? I might consider myself someone that is mysterious or puzzling now after my TBI, but my problem, or enigma, I consider it, is the real mystery I deal with daily. I am a different person, maybe not entirely, but many big points that I consider, and I’m learning more each passing day. It is strange to think about my “past self” with who I was. Let’s start with my personality, from the 16 Personalities test. Before my TBI, my test results were as followed, ENTP-T or the Debater Personality, and after having a TBI, my results show as ISFP-T or the Adventurer Personality.

I change during the course of a day. I wake and I’m one person, and when I go to sleep I know for certain I’m somebody else.”
